Gorgeous beach and a pretty decent place to watch the sunset (at least when I was here in February). Maybe not the perfect setting-into-the-water view, but still a really peaceful vibe around sunset!

Older hotel so know that going in it is not modern and not everything is up to date, however it's like stepping in a little time machine. The reason I'm rating this 5 stars is the service. I checked in just about 15-20 minutes before close and was greeting with the best service. Seriously... the NICEST people who helped me out. If I stay up in Monte Vista again, I will definitely come back here.

Dive-y bar that has had some upgrades and does Karaoke. The cocktails are really reasonably priced and tasted better than I expected! The karaoke is super loud though, so keep in mind if you were planning to just hang out. Staff was nice.
